At Rosemary Gourmet our mission is to make it easy for families to come together and enjoy a good, healthy personal meal without the stress.
Tracey started her kitchen career at a young age, alongside her mom Rosemary, the namesake of Rosemary Gourmet, in their family’s kitchen.
Even though Rosemary did not always like to cook, she still prepared dinner every night, enjoying the time spent with her family, talking and catching up on everyone’s day. Tracey began to find her passion for all things food as she learned the basics from her mom.
Since those early days, Tracey has spent over 25 years in the Elkhart Lake restaurant scene, and cooking in kitchens in Southern California. She is excited to bring her expertise and flavor back home.
